Rain & humidity + curly hair that has been straightened = frizz, frizz, frizz, and 20 minutes wasted under the hair dryer
A three-hour nap for Jenna + a two-hour nap for mommy = a happy household
A Belle puzzle + a Mermaid puzzle for Jenna to work on = 45 minutes for me to wash dishes, make beds and do a couple loads of laundry
A husband who doesn't mind that dinner's not ready + a husband who makes dinner = one awesome husband
A trip to Target (alone) + shoes for Jenna for $3.24 = a very happy mom and a very relieved pocketbook
A little girl in jammies + a book about Christmas + my lap = some good snuggle time
A big girl in jammies + a big boy in jammies + the show, "Lie to Me" + a little ice cream = some good snuggle time
All this = one great day!
